There are a select few such dedicated healers in traditional medicine so you Connecticutians should feel very blessed to have her in your midst. For many, their careers in alternative medicine is their job, but for some others, like Char Marie, it is something they live and dedicate themselves to 24-7. Char Marie is a dedicated healer who works with the patient in a wholistic manner to heal the body and the spirit. I have treated with other acupuncturists and she is the most gentle of all I have used. Along with Qi Gong Char uses acupuncture to heal. When I first went to see her on the recommendation of my internist, I was walking with a cane or two walking poles due to chronic back pain due to spondylolysthesis and degenerative disc disease. Char keeps me pain free and I no longer need the cane to assist me in walking. Not only is she a gifted healer, she is a warm and giving human being who gives of herself to all.
